The role also requires the ability to stand for 7-8 hours daily, inspect 80-100 vehicles per day, and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
The Tire Sales Specialist will sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed sales goals, inspect customer vehicles, and diagnose tire-related problems. Responsibilities include recommending service, quoting prices, ensuring repairs are completed as ordered, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealer personnel. The role also involves overseeing customer satisfaction, solving problems, completing monthly market analyses, and assisting in store operations such as inventory management and opening/closing procedures. Additionally, the specialist will assist dealership technicians to maintain service levels.
