Candidates must possess strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush. A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends, along with excellent storytelling and communication skills, is essential. The ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines is necessary, as is experience working for an e-commerce company.
Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals. Grow social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, by reaching out to creators, negotiating terms, and expanding daily creator engagement. Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness. Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges to produce viral content. Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly. Manage TikTok community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages. Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes. Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams.
