Therapy Staffing Coordinator & Recruiter (ABA Care) - EST Hours (Remote) at A1M Solutions

Yes, this is a fully remote role requiring EST hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time, subject to daylight savings changes), including work on both South African and US public holidays.

Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or coordination is required.

Candidates need excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills to assess people, high organization and multitasking ability, and computer efficiency with typing proficiency; experience with Apploi and Indeed is advantageous.

A fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds supporting wired Ethernet is mandatory, along with a reliable power backup solution for load shedding; applicants without these cannot be considered.

Strong candidates have healthcare staffing or recruiting experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are highly organized multitaskers, confident problem solvers, and professional with leadership qualities; familiarity with Apploi and Indeed is a plus.
