Responsibilities

Selbständige Bearbeitung eines regionalen Gebiets im medizinisch-technischen Service in Abstimmung mit dem Teamleiter
Betreuung von Implantationen und Nachsorge von Herzschrittmachern und implantierbaren Defibrillatoren
Unterstützung der Vertriebsmitarbeiter bei Marktanalyse und Umsatzplanung
Erhebung und Überwachung potenzieller Kunden im Vertriebsgebiet
Dokumentation und Statusüberwachung der Entwicklung von Implantationen/Prozedurzahlen
Durchführung des Services: korrekte Einweisung und Begleitung von Patienten-Follow-Ups mit Programmiergerät in Ambulanzen nach Maßgabe des Arztes
Begleitung von klinischen Studien und Produkterprobungen nach Maßgabe der technischen Abteilung
Teilnahme an Workshops, Kongressen und Ausstellungen
Kontrolle der Warenbestände in Konsignationslagern beim Kunden
Software-Updates beim Kunden sowie Programmierung der Geräte nebst Patienteneinweisung
