The position is hybrid, involving both onsite care at the Westchester/White Plains Clinic and virtual care.
Candidates need an active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D) in New York with at least 3,000 hours of supervision completed, experience managing or supervising licensed or pre-licensed clinicians, and completion of a national exam like NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, or ASWB.
Expertise in comprehensive diagnostic evaluations with differential diagnostics, and extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and trauma using evidence-based interventions like CBT with exposure/ERP, PMT, HRT, BA, and others is required.
The role involves providing clinical consultation and people leadership for up to 5 licensed therapists, including weekly 1:1 meetings, quality oversight, and supporting consultation groups.
A strong candidate has experience managing clinicians, expertise in evidence-based practices for kids and teens, availability during peak hours (3pm–7pm), and a passion for leadership and delivering mental health care.
