Responsibilities

  • Drive demand for BMS medicines (portfolio promotion) to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner
  • Articulate clinical and scientific rationale for product use in appropriate patients
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with HCPs as primary point of contact
  • Engage HCPs with differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through scientific dialogue
  • Liaise with other BMS functions to deliver timely, scientific customer needs
  • Prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while achieving business results and exemplifying BMS values
  • Conduct fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources, including in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns)
  • Organize external speaker programs using approved Speakers Bureau list
  • Engage real-time medical support (Medical on Call) for unsolicited questions
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional field teams for optimal Cx
  • Gather and share insights/information internally with stakeholders
  • Provide feedback on tools like CE^3 to leadership for continuous improvement
