Capability to prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
Knowledge of emerging data for approved indications
Skills in organizing external speaker programs and facilitating logistics

Responsibilities

Drive demand for BMS medicines (portfolio promotion) to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner
Articulate clinical and scientific rationale for product use in appropriate patients
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with HCPs as primary point of contact
Engage HCPs with differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through scientific dialogue
Liaise with other BMS functions to deliver timely, scientific customer needs
Prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while achieving business results and exemplifying BMS values
Conduct fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources, including in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns)
Organize external speaker programs using approved Speakers Bureau list
Engage real-time medical support (Medical on Call) for unsolicited questions
Proactively collaborate with cross-functional field teams for optimal Cx
Gather and share insights/information internally with stakeholders
Provide feedback on tools like CE^3 to leadership for continuous improvement
