Responsibilities

  • Deliver results aligned with Oncology brands and company goals, ensuring commercial success
  • Prepare, coordinate, and execute Brand Plan and Tactical Plan, liaising cross-functionally with local teams (medical, field access, sales)
  • Lead brand strategy and drive marketing activities across all functions to achieve results
  • Assess and analyze the marketplace to understand internal and external environments
  • Analyze data from various sources to shape brand decisions and develop business plans
  • Engage in marketing projects from start to finish, including company events and congress participation
  • Leverage innovative channels to target customer segments
  • Provide field support, engage with HCPs, seek feedback following Oncology activities, and develop action plans
  • Build relationships with all functions impacted by the business environment (internal and external) and participate in Brand Team meetings
  • Build and maintain a robust business environment for BMS in Oncology, collaborating with marketing, medical, and market access teams
  • Actively support the field force to ensure flawless plan implementation and fulfillment of commitments
  • Manage and respond to unsolicited off-label inquiries from HCPs in compliance with regulations and BMS SOPs
  • Provide accurate and balanced information on off-label uses, referring complex inquiries to medical teams
  • Stay informed about latest research and developments related to off-label uses
