Requirements

5-9 years of experience
Proficiency in SAP Finance concepts and principles
Ability to identify, design, and configure Vertex Tax Engine or SAP FICA or SAP REFX with integration to other modules
Strong understanding of Vertex Tax Engine, including implementing new requirements, maintaining Vertex O Series, configuring tax rules/rates/jurisdictions, supporting mapping updates, end-to-end testing, and collaboration with IT/finance teams
Experience configuring SAP REFX/FICA functionalities; experience in migration from RE Classic to REFX is an added advantage
Serve as an SAP Finance functional consultant with Vertex Tax Engine experience
Ability to advise clients on SAP Finance, Vertex Tax Engine, SAP REFX, or SAP FICA processes based on industry best practices
Skills in analyzing current business processes and identifying improvement areas

Responsibilities

Support ERP platform-driven business design and assessment initiatives, including value assessment, business case creation, and process re-engineering
Design and implement SAP Finance solutions leveraging Vertex Tax Engine / SAP REFX / SAP FICA, ensuring end-to-end process alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current finance processes and identify improvement opportunities
Provide advisory support on SAP Finance processes and industry best practices for CMT clients
Participate in proposal and business development activities, including RFP responses, effort estimations, and solution design for SAP transformations
Assist in developing proof of concepts and reusable assets to accelerate delivery for future projects
Deliver effective presentations and documentation to client and Accenture leadership teams
Provide training and support to client sales teams on order creation best practices
Ensure all client sales activities are documented and tracked in the system
Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on CMT industry topics
Support internal teams/end users on SAP-related processes
