This is a hands-on role involving physical work with test equipment, handling motors using cranes, climbing on stands, working around high voltages, and some outdoor testing in extreme temperatures; remote work is not indicated.
Above and beyond qualifications include experience in implementing test setups for electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance testing, experience with rotating machinery testing, background in aerospace, working knowledge of high voltage equipment and electric drives/motors, and experience with Matlab, Labview, or Python.
