Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher is preferred
  • Minimum Three (3) years of related experience is required
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

  • Continuously improve test performance and equipment
  • Troubleshoot complex issues
  • Support equipment installation and changes
  • Provide technical guidance
  • Implement and validate testing equipment
  • Identify best practices globally
  • Develop manufacturing solutions and provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements while establishing a technical specialty and mentoring others
  • Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification
  • Demonstrate expertise in multiple phases/processes of the full Plexus Manufacturing process/product Requirements & Specifications
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently within at least one phase/process of the Manufacturing Process/Product without direction
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation in accordance with quality and change management procedures and guidelines
