A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher is preferred
Minimum Three (3) years of related experience is required
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

Responsibilities

Continuously improve test performance and equipment
Troubleshoot complex issues
Support equipment installation and changes
Provide technical guidance
Implement and validate testing equipment
Identify best practices globally
Develop manufacturing solutions and provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements while establishing a technical specialty and mentoring others
Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification
Demonstrate expertise in multiple phases/processes of the full Plexus Manufacturing process/product Requirements & Specifications
Demonstrate the ability to work independently within at least one phase/process of the Manufacturing Process/Product without direction
Produce comprehensive project documentation in accordance with quality and change management procedures and guidelines
