Responsibilities

Lead and manage automation initiatives: Oversee design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to streamline IT operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance
Provide team leadership and collaboration: Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges
Drive continuous improvement and support: Proactively monitor systems, address incidents, and optimize existing automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
Drive strategic architecture and technology direction for automation across key capabilities in Lilly’s Automation Center of Excellence
Continuously evaluate automation tools/technologies and lead the implementation of selected technologies
Identify opportunities for automation reuse and self-service across the enterprise
