The Territory Sales Manager will achieve sales and profitability targets for Westlake Royal Building Products' roofing solutions in the Sacramento/North NV region. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, custom home builders, roofing contractors, general contractors, and multi-family builders. The role requires expanding market share, developing sales strategies, and interpreting market data to drive product performance. Responsibilities include establishing strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, participating in trade shows, recommending product or marketing changes, managing territory expenses, handling customer complaints, coordinating with accounting, providing technical advice, distributing literature, arranging demonstrations, submitting sales reports and forecasts, managing customer databases, and complying with safety policies. Some overnight travel may be required.
