  • Demonstrated ability to attain sales/revenue objectives and quotas in an assigned territory
  • Skills in partnering with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D, and other units to identify and present selling opportunities
  • Experience conducting consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons
  • Strong ability to build and maintain solid customer relationships
  • In-depth product knowledge and clinical speaking ability at a high level with physicians
  • Competence in completing and processing timely reports (e.g., sales summaries, expense reports, product tracking, account targeting, complaints) per procedures and policies
  • Adherence to company standards of ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians
  • Meet with physicians and hospital personnel to determine needs, goals, product usage, and case types
  • Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage via presentations and demonstrations
  • Attend procedures/cases in operating rooms to advise on product usage and understand physician/OR staff needs
  • Attain sales/revenue objectives and quotas for the assigned territory
  • Partner with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D, and other units to identify selling opportunities and present to clients
