Requirements

  • Ability to cold call, prospect, and build relationships to increase account revenue growth and customer satisfaction

  • Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations
  • Routinely attend procedures/cases in hospital operating rooms to advise on product usage and gain insights
  • Attain sales/revenue objectives and quota for the territory
  • Partner with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D, and other units to identify and present selling opportunities
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons
  • Build and maintain solid customer relationships
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and ability to speak clinically to physicians at a high level
  • Complete and process timely reports (sales summary, expense, product tracking, account targeting, complaint reports)
  • Maintain company standards of ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company
  • Comply with all applicable policies and procedures
