Candidates must reside in Oklahoma and have at least 3 years of outstanding sales performance in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess 2+ years of insurance carrier experience, an established agency network in Oklahoma, and proven organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills. A Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License is preferred, or the ability to obtain one within three months. Travel up to 60% in the assigned territory is also required.
The Territory Manager, or Agency Success Manager, is responsible for profitable growth by maximizing sales production and strengthening relationships with new and existing agencies. This role involves executing onboarding support, driving account penetration, enabling rapid product adoption, increasing sales productivity, and maintaining account retention. Key duties include engaging with agent partners to enhance sales, supporting them with marketing campaigns, creating strategies to increase new business, assisting Business Development Managers, managing the assigned territory to achieve financial goals, analyzing territory trends, and collaborating with other functions to improve the agent experience.
