Description: This is a Territory Manager opportunity within Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) division, covering the Essex area (Papworth, Basildon, Norwich, North Middlesex). The role is focused on revenue generation and market share growth for the EP product range (disposables, software, and capital) within assigned accounts. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with key personnel to identify needs and opportunities, drive new business generation and retention, and ensure a leading customer experience. Key responsibilities include developing detailed business plans, utilizing analytical tools, supporting product introductions, and implementing marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • University degree or significant professional track record in sales.
  • Prior experience in complex devices sales, with EP experience being preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen, demonstrated through cross-divisional collaboration and results.
  • Understanding of the healthcare reimbursement environment.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships over the long term.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue generation and market share growth within assigned accounts.
  • Develop strong, professional relationships across all levels of personnel to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Play an integral role in generating and sustaining new business.
  • Manage the effective onboarding of new clients in strategic target accounts.
  • Deliver a market-leading customer experience to allocated accounts.
  • Create detailed and documented business/account plans for sustainable year-on-year business growth.
  • Utilize all analytical tools to monitor sales performance.
  • Support Product Introductions and implement marketing strategies, leveraging clinical data.
