  • Expertise in eye care clinical information: anatomy, disease state, products, XDEMVY and office treatment patterns
  • Expertise in selling skills and account development, including building relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Expertise in pull-through tactics with full understanding of managed care hurdles
  • Understanding of all functions within an ophthalmology/optometry practice and how their roles impact product prescribing and pull-through
  • Ability to maximize managed care opportunities within the territory and understand impacts on District, Region, and Nation
  • Understanding of key opinion leaders within geographies and ability to foster engagement with Tarsus leadership
  • Expert analytical skills to guide highly productive activity, prioritize key customer engagements, and drive reach and frequency
  • Ability to monitor key performance metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, and adjust approach based on data
  • Ability to set actionable business plans and align selling activities to drive impact

  • Deliver territory disease state education along with the launch and ongoing growth of XDEMVY
  • Champion a culture of outstanding performance, compliance, and full ownership of all activity and results
  • Build and foster relationships with key eye care customers
  • Relentlessly pursue excellence to maximize sales in the territory while adapting to changes and needs of the business
  • Drive top-tier execution by exceeding sales performance goals and key productivity metrics across the territory
  • Share important feedback on managed care and other insights with leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Champion compliant promotion in alignment with corporate values
  • Use data to monitor performance and adjust approach as needed
  • Drive culture of commitment, empowerment, teamwork, extreme ownership, high accountability, continuous improvement, and relentless pursuit of excellence
  • Partner with stakeholders including district leaders, marketing, market access, medical affairs, sales ops, inside sales, and training
  • Provide frontline feedback and intel to sales leadership and the broader organization
