Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Biomedical Technology, Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or an equivalent qualification
  • Up to 2 years of sales experience in the IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) market, including entry-level positions
  • Proficiency in Korean and English
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and experience in CRM or other commercial tools
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license and capability to operate a vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, including instrument, accessory, and service revenue goals
  • Drive IB (Installed Base) growth and ensure alignment with company strategies
  • Expand unit sales and manage Price Variance (PV) targets to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with channel partners to optimize market penetration and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-customers to foster loyalty and long-term success
  • Manage channel partner relationships and expand the customer base while ensuring seamless alignment with business goals
