Bid Manager

Position Overview

ConnectOS is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to support a renowned architecture and interior design studio based in Dubai. This is a remote position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT.

Requirements

• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office Tools.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content.
  • Experience with RFPs, RFIs, and preparing tender and bid documents.
  • Experience with direct client communication.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, or contracting firms with similar bid management roles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFIs and RFPs by deadline.
• Build reusable assets such as proposal templates, pricing models, and approaches to reduce cycle time and effort.
• Prepare project pricing.
• Manage the Bid/Lead tracker and assess win rates.
• Review all incoming RFPs and determine required services.
• Reach out to relevant sub-consultants for pricing as necessary.
