Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and experience working in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred, though not required. They must be able to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, and have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications. Furthermore, applicants should be capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and available to work flexible hours.
The Temporary Operations Associate will be responsible for picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of product, ensuring inventory accuracy, managing inventory and re-shelving, cleaning and organizing the sales floor and facility, managing waste and spoilage, contacting customers for substitutions, handling and scanning products, utilizing equipment to move product, handling potentially hazardous products, working in freezer locations, preparing beverages and food menu items, ensuring accuracy of packaged items, following health and safety guidelines, resolving discrepancies with order/invoice, and maintaining kitchen facility organization.
