Responsibilities

The Temporary Escalations Case Manager will act as a trusted resource for customer and partner-facing escalation needs, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. This role involves professionally following up with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure prompt escalation resolution, building trust by providing positive customer experiences and mitigating negative outcomes. The manager will consistently resolve 30-35 complex cases weekly, adhere to team handling standards, identify and suggest process improvements, and handle administrative needs and ad hoc projects as assigned. This is a remote, long-term assignment requiring up to 40 hours per week and one Saturday per month.
