Proficiency in Google Workplace for data analysis and reporting is required, along with the ability to navigate and adapt to various systems like Dash and Salesforce. Strong time management, organizational skills, and self-motivation are essential for independent work.
The Temporary Escalations Case Manager will act as a trusted resource to resolve customer and partner-facing escalation needs, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. This role involves professionally following up with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure prompt escalation resolution, building trust by achieving positive outcomes, and mitigating negative ones. The manager will consistently resolve 30-35 complex cases weekly, adhering to team standards, and will identify and suggest process improvements. Additional administrative needs and ad hoc projects will also be assigned.
