Requirements

  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
  • Operate under Pharmacist oversight from a separate Supervising Pharmacy location
  • Serve as a keyholder, maintaining alarm and safe codes
  • Protect the integrity of all pharmacy products, with special attention to refrigerated products and controlled substances
  • Complete tasks related to controlled substance prescription fulfillment, including counting, capturing images, and maintaining inventory
  • Embrace a growth mindset, be receptive to feedback, and actively seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
  • Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy (RDP)
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Complete all tasks related to controlled substance (CII) prescription fulfillment
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering services like immunizations, and solving/escalating patient problems at pick-up, drive-thru, register, and over the phone
  • Complete inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by the Telepharmacy Technician Team Leader, including putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and waiting bin inventories
  • Demonstrate genuine care in all customer and colleague interactions to build a safe and inclusive culture
  • Manage day-to-day operations, execution, and performance while delivering operational and service excellence
  • Communicate effectively with the Supervising Pharmacy/Pharmacist and Telepharmacy Tech Team Leader
