Requirements

  • Part-time availability for onsite work at Store 04269 in Geneva, Illinois
  • Ability to serve as keyholder, managing alarm and safe codes
  • Knowledge of pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
  • Capability to handle controlled substance prescription fulfillment (counting, imaging, inventory)
  • Flexibility for scheduling and business needs
  • Receptiveness to feedback and growth mindset for expanding clinical and technical knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and improve patient health
  • Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, protecting products (especially refrigerated and controlled substances)
  • Execute pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Complete all tasks for controlled substance prescriptions, including CII fulfillment
  • Deliver positive patient experiences with empathy, personalized service at pick-up/drive-thru/phone, offer immunizations/services, and solve/escalate issues
  • Perform inventory activities (put away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, waiting bin inventories) as directed
  • Contribute to high-performing team through communication with Supervising Pharmacy/Pharmacist/Team Leader, embracing feedback, and maintaining operational excellence
