Responsibilities

  • Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including serving as keyholder, managing alarm and safe codes, and protecting pharmacy products (with special attention to refrigerated products and controlled substances)
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Complete all tasks related to controlled substance prescription fulfillment, including counting, capturing images, and maintaining inventory (including additional CII prescriptions)
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering services like immunizations over phone/register, and solving/escalating patient problems
  • Complete inventory activities as directed (e.g., putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, waiting bin inventories) to maintain target levels and mitigate loss
  • Live company purpose by following SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and improve patient health
  • Contribute to a high-performing, safe, inclusive team dynamic through effective communication and engagement
