Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related field is preferred; however, training will be provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Responsibilities

Directly engage with customers at their homes, within an assigned territory, promoting tailored products and services that meet their needs
Stay informed on all pricing, promotions, products, and services to effectively promote their value and maximize sales opportunities
Attend meetings with the sales and marketing team, as well as other Telecommunications Account Representative team members, to collaborate on improving sales strategies and increasing performance
Maintain records of sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor sales performance and to ensure a smooth enrollment process and customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty
Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and offer tailored solutions to ensure excellent customer service
