Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, or market research, ideally within B2B sales and marketing
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Curiosity and Eagerness to learn
Experience working in or with top-tier consulting firms is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders (including project managers, lead consultants and delivery teams) to understand and document business requirements for sales and marketing projects
Support analysis of business processes within the sales and marketing context (e.g., MQL, SQL) and identify opportunities where technology can be applied to improve efficiency, customer experience, or generate new revenue streams
Provide Project management support – timelines, deliverables and dependencies
Conduct desk-based research to understand the overall retail and technology market context, value chain, trends, customer needs and competitor activities
Conduct research interviews and quantitative analysis and synthesise findings into a deliverable
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings related to project performance and business impact
Assess the broader organizational goals within the technology/telecom/retail industry and align initiatives with strategic objectives
Develop business cases to support client initiatives and investments, demonstrating the potential ROI and business value
Provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation opportunities
Engage with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, to gather and validate requirements
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit information related to use cases, data requirements, and model deployment strategies
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
Create detailed documentation, including interview notes and other information
