Requirements

Ability to work in a team
Completed secondary or specialized studies, or specialization course in one of the trades: electrical technician, electromechanical technician, automation technician, etc
Prior experience in production (knowledge of technological processes, equipment, and/or automation systems is an advantage)
Computer operation skills
English knowledge at minimum or conversational level
Availability for shift work
Methodical, rigorous person capable of understanding a production process at the flow level

Responsibilities

Developing capabilities to use cutting-edge production technologies and responsibilities related to them
Setting parameters for production equipment
Active involvement in installing and commissioning equipment
Ensuring compliance and long-term optimization of the production process using advanced technological standards
Establishing and executing preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance
Leading external supplier teams and participating in adjustments needed for machinery and installations to achieve set parameters
Interventions to identify and remedy defects in production installations
Performing complex operations for assembling and repairing production machinery
Training operators and maintenance staff for the delivered system
Identifying and recommending changes or improvements to the production process to enhance manufacturing line productivity
Monitoring the on-site application of proposed actions and communicating with involved persons
Participating, together with the constructor, in adjustments needed for machinery and installations to achieve set parameters
