Responsibilities
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía
- Coordinación de procesos de reclutamiento y selección, así como priorizar a cero accidentes en planta
- Asegurar las contrataciones que se requieran por negocio a todos los niveles en tiempo y forma
- Proveer practicantes y residentes a las áreas que así lo soliciten (convenios con instituciones educativas)
- Garantizar el cumplimiento al programa de eventos sociales, deportivos y culturales, así como garantizar la calidad de los mismos, la difusión e involucramiento de todo el personal
- Aplicación del RIT para mantener el orden y políticas de la compañía
- Difusión y aplicación de buzón de sugerencias, así como la premiación (1 vez por mes)
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Fondo Unido al 100% de todos los empleados, así como las aportaciones correspondientes (2 al año masivas)
- Premiación a la mejor línea o código por obtener mejor presentismo mensual
- Administrar el procedimiento de seguridad de la información en planta
- Llevar el control de órdenes de servicio de cafetería y asegurar el pago de las facturas
