Asegurar y facilitar el funcionamiento de los Grupos Naturales de Trabajo de su línea
Cumplir con el objetivo de desperdicio de su línea
Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y sin conflictos
Participar en los equipos multidisciplinarios que sea asignado
Promover y asegurar la implementación de mejoramientos en su línea
