Consulting Thought Leader & Expert with deep experience in Technology Advisory and the Utilities industry
Deep, differentiated skills and expertise that are in high demand and relevant in the market

Ability to appreciate diverse perspectives, bring out the best in teams, and establish credibility & confidence with C-Suite client leaders
Demonstrates “the four Cs”: Credentials (proven track record of delivering high value work), Capability (meaningful contribution to assets and practice areas), Connections (C-Suite relevance and ability to build senior client relationships), Content (ability to contribute, build, and lead thought capital)
Deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at the intersection of the Utilities industry
Deep industry and technology competence (e.g., in Cloud, Data, or Security)
Ability to build rapport with senior and expert stakeholders in business and technology functions
Willingness to travel as needed, up to 80%

Responsibilities

Shape and steer technology-enabled, large-scale transformations with clients
Guide clients towards a well-defined, value-rich target while effectively managing change
Act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization
Manage complex programs oriented towards value realization across multiple dimensions (e.g., financial, experience, sustainability)
Lead development of thought leadership, assets, and offerings that present innovative insights, guidance, and recommendations on market-relevant topics
Lead the definition of large-scale, complex transformative enterprise architectures and/or enterprise architecture operating models, driving overall team deliverables while supervising and mentoring team members
Build strong relationships with multiple senior clients, serving as a trusted advisor for the C-suite
Originate sales under MD direction
Engage with senior executives in established and emerging strategic partner ecosystem providers
Develop self and mentor peers and junior team members
