Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Workspace ONE
  • Proficiency in VMware Workspace ONE (must-have skill)
  • Experience with VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune (good-to-have skills)
  • Strong understanding of mobile device management and application deployment
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to virtualization and endpoint management
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability
  • Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC)
  • Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution
  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
  • Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
