Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Workspace ONE
Proficiency in VMware Workspace ONE (must-have skill)
Experience with VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune (good-to-have skills)
Strong understanding of mobile device management and application deployment
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to virtualization and endpoint management
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices

Responsibilities

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability
Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC)
Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting
Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
