  • Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution
  • Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and business areas
  • Facilitate training sessions for junior team members on service delivery processes
  • Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
