Proficiency in Broadcom Clarity PPM (Must Have skill)
Experience with ITIL framework (Good to Have skill)
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Familiarity with incident management and problem management processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability
Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC)
Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting
Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Monitor and report on the performance of business systems to identify areas for improvement
