Requirements

12-18 years of experience in an IT-related role, with at least 5 years in a management position
Advanced education with extensive knowledge of IT-related areas; viewed as a leading expert by peers
Deep knowledge of software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure
Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the company’s operations
Ability to lead and mentor technology teams
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Visionary strategic thinking to align technology with business goals and drive growth
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Spend at least 10% of time customer-facing, meeting with Hospital Presidents, CTOs, and CIOs to understand their HIS technology needs (1-year, 2-year, and 5-year plans)
Maintain relationships with clients through quarterly calls
Develop Technology blueprints and GAP analyses for SEA clients, aligning with global development strategies
Build, develop, coach, and manage the development headcount dedicated to SEA, including all Talent Acquisition, HR, and finance processes
Regularly align with the SEA GTM team and the Head of Operations to ensure appropriate resource and skillset alignment for implementations
Assume overall responsibility for the creation and delivery of development milestones for all implementations in SEA, including reviewing and providing feedback on JIRA requests and establishing realistic delivery dates
Support SEA delivery teams in explaining and defending development timelines to clients
Provide knowledge and expertise to help in the first-level triaging of client queries
Represent IQVIA HIS Technology at industry conferences, events, and speaking engagements
Ensure existing systems are secure and efficient
Contribute to the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness
Operate within the IT category/team, bridging the gap between management and technology
