Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions that enhance the skills and knowledge of participants
Develop and refine course content to ensure it meets industry standards and learner needs
Deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content
Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments
