Requirements

  • 14+ years of consulting or technology leadership experience, with at least 4 years in senior management or executive roles
  • Extensive experience leading NetSuite implementations and ERP transformation programs across complex, multi-entity organizations
  • Proven ability to design and deliver solutions that enhance business processes in areas such as financial management, operations, supply chain, and reporting
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor and thought leader with strong executive presence and deep understanding of digital finance transformation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for Riveron’s NetSuite and ERP offerings, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and service capabilities
  • Lead business development efforts through networking, cross-functional collaboration, and market expansion initiatives
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, private equity sponsors, and portfolio company leaders, serving as a strategic advisor for digital and operational transformation
  • Negotiate and structure complex engagements that align client needs with Riveron’s value proposition and long-term strategy
  • Oversee full lifecycle NetSuite implementations and optimizations, from assessment and design through configuration, integration, and post-implementation support
  • Partner with clients to modernize financial, operational, and reporting processes through scalable NetSuite solutions
  • Drive enterprise performance by integrating NetSuite with complementary systems such as CRM, HCM, and CPM platforms (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or Hyperion)
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction through disciplined project governance, technical oversight, and business alignment
  • Stay ahead of evolving ERP and cloud trends, including automation, AI, and analytics that enhance NetSuite capabilities
  • Develop intellectual capital and thought leadership materials that strengthen Riveron’s brand in the ERP advisory space
  • Represent Riveron at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to promote our NetSuite expertise and market leadership
  • Lead and mentor teams across engagements, fostering professional growth, technical excellence, and a collaborative culture
  • Partner with firm leadership to define strategic priorities and operational improvements that enhance delivery capabilities and profitability
  • Support recruiting and talent development initiatives to build a deep bench of ERP and NetSuite professionals within the firm
