Requirements

Engineering or other Technical Degree or Communications Degree with other technical experience
Minimum 3 Years Technical Writing experience
Project management experience
Hands-on technical experience
Team player who can take a set of instructions and run
Experience in the full Adobe Suite, specifically Indesign and Illustrator
Experience with HTML, markdown, Git, or other similar systems and languages
Basic understanding of 3D printing concepts
Hybrid working with 3 days from our office in Krakow

Responsibilities

Create documentation supporting the installation, use, and troubleshooting of our full line of printers
Perform systems maintenance for our documentation website hosted in Salesforce Knowledge
Create diagrams and visual aids to support existing documentation
Own daily management of task assignments in Jira
Assist with scoping and planning of future projects and tasks every two weeks
Fulfill content based requests from Engineering, Product, and Support
Meet virtually with our Massachusetts-based team to learn about new procedures and products as needed
Travel to our Massachusetts or Sweden facility at least two times a year for hands-on training and documentation creation
Perform other content creation and maintenance tasks as needed
Any other duties as reasonably required
