Requirements

  • Engineering or other Technical Degree or Communications Degree with other technical experience
  • Minimum 3 Years Technical Writing experience
  • Project management experience
  • Hands-on technical experience
  • Team player who can take a set of instructions and run
  • Experience in the full Adobe Suite, specifically Indesign and Illustrator
  • Experience with HTML, markdown, Git, or other similar systems and languages
  • Basic understanding of 3D printing concepts
  • Hybrid working with 3 days from our office in Krakow

Responsibilities

  • Create documentation supporting the installation, use, and troubleshooting of our full line of printers
  • Perform systems maintenance for our documentation website hosted in Salesforce Knowledge
  • Create diagrams and visual aids to support existing documentation
  • Own daily management of task assignments in Jira
  • Assist with scoping and planning of future projects and tasks every two weeks
  • Fulfill content based requests from Engineering, Product, and Support
  • Meet virtually with our Massachusetts-based team to learn about new procedures and products as needed
  • Travel to our Massachusetts or Sweden facility at least two times a year for hands-on training and documentation creation
  • Perform other content creation and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Any other duties as reasonably required
