Technical Writer at Markforged

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the Krakow office, with virtual meetings with the Massachusetts-based team and travel to Massachusetts or Sweden facilities at least twice a year.

Requirements include an Engineering or Technical Degree (or Communications Degree with technical experience), minimum 3 years technical writing experience, project management experience, hands-on technical experience, proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign and Illustrator), experience with HTML/markdown/Git, and basic understanding of 3D printing.

The role is part of the Technical Documentation team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Success Excellence, with virtual meetings with the Massachusetts-based team and daily management of tasks in Jira.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technical writing experience, project management skills, hands-on technical background, and are team players who can independently manage projects and create self-service content for 3D printing equipment.
