Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer technology or a related field, along with 4+ years of equivalent work experience providing IT support and solutions for enterprise and cloud solutions. Proficiency in the installation and maintenance of Microsoft systems is required, and a strong technical background in Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization is preferred. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and hands-on experience managing security tools is also necessary.
The Technical Systems Analyst will support the design and implementation of innovative technical solutions to enhance processes within an Office 365 environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test systems, and deploy solutions, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure systems such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, document technical issues, solutions, and configurations to ensure consistency and support future needs, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for user accounts, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity issues, contribute to shared support cases, assist teammates, and promote a collaborative team environment, research and address root causes of recurring issues, implementing long-term fixes, maintain accurate inventories of IT equipment, coordinating repairs and replacements to minimize downtime, document resolutions to build a knowledge base and improve service consistency, protect network resources by managing firewalls, VPNs, and IDS, and monitoring for suspicious activity, collaborate with the information security team to implement ISO 27001-aligned security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, perform patch management, and respond promptly to security incidents, and be willing to be available after hours as needed, and travel on a limited basis as needed.
