Candidates should possess a basic understanding of technology or demonstrate a strong desire to learn, be capable of analyzing data to identify trends or issues, and have previous customer handling experience as an asset. They should also possess excellent written and oral English skills, be computer literate with experience in Ms Excel considered advantageous, and familiarity with Kibana will be considered advantageous.
The Technical Support Officer will monitor payments processing systems to ensure stability and operational uptime, troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and solutions, escalate internal system faults to Level 2 support or Shift4 system owners, work with clients to resolve customer-side problems, accurately log and update activities within the company CRM system, assist customers via email, chat, or call with technical difficulties, and conduct a full handover at the end of each shift to maintain operational continuity.
