Requirements

Candidates are required to have 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a related customer-facing role, along with knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows Service and Workstation, troubleshooting, and diagnosing low-level operating systems and network issues. A passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success in a fast-paced, highly technical environment is also required, as is the ability to learn new technologies quickly, and excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Engineer will provide well-thought-out and reliable direction to help customers integrate, deploy, and maintain the CrowdStrike service, taking ownership of customer issues including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and issue resolution or escalation. They will identify and escalate priority issues, meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality and timeliness, serve as a point of contact on customer escalations, collect information and document bugs, create process or troubleshooting documentation, and push creative thinking beyond existing industry standard practices to come up with process improvements and new ways to delight customers. Weekend coverage, specifically working Friday through Monday, is also required.
