Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience OR Associates degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
Relevant experience defined as high skill level in MS SQL and/or databases
1+ years of experience with installation and technical support for Windows-based software and TCP/IP networking
Up to 15% flying and/or driving travel, which may include overnight stays

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support through system analysis, customer consultations, software/hardware troubleshooting, installations, upgrades, and migrations, including high-complexity tasks like SSL, LDAP, and DMZ configurations
Resolve complex technical issues on high-end pathology imaging instruments by applying advanced analytical skills and synthesizing information from multiple sources
Provide technical support via phone or email by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging electromechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems
Lead and mentor by training less experienced associates, managing support queues, documenting service activities, and guiding customers on diagnostics, repairs, and spare parts to ensure high-quality service delivery
