Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience OR Associates degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience defined as high skill level in MS SQL and/or databases
  • 1+ years of experience with installation and technical support for Windows-based software and TCP/IP networking
  • Up to 15% flying and/or driving travel, which may include overnight stays

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support through system analysis, customer consultations, software/hardware troubleshooting, installations, upgrades, and migrations, including high-complexity tasks like SSL, LDAP, and DMZ configurations
  • Resolve complex technical issues on high-end pathology imaging instruments by applying advanced analytical skills and synthesizing information from multiple sources
  • Provide technical support via phone or email by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging electromechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems
  • Lead and mentor by training less experienced associates, managing support queues, documenting service activities, and guiding customers on diagnostics, repairs, and spare parts to ensure high-quality service delivery
