Requirements

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and demonstrate a conceptual understanding of IT infrastructure environments. Basic software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage, and peripheral devices are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively at a technical level and with first-level management.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Engineer - Graduate will provide onsite support at customer sites, including the installation, configuration, and implementation of compute and storage solutions. They will also deliver onsite break fix support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues/problems on customer systems, working under the guidance of experienced team members and performing systems configurations, monitoring performance, and contributing to technical solution design. Additionally, the role involves handling customer relations, escalating issues, delivering customized services to large accounts, and contributing toward the technical direction and strategies within the organization and for external customers.
