This role is designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office, though the Graduate Program is in Global Support Remote.
You need a completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2025 in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Informatics, or any IT-related field, up to 12 months of relevant experience, strong English and Turkish communication skills, troubleshooting experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, software/hardware knowledge, proficiency with case management tools, and superior stakeholder management.

The positions are available in Istanbul or Ankara, with a start date in April or July 2026.
Strong candidates will have a recent IT-related degree, troubleshooting experience, bilingual communication skills in English and Turkish, and preferred experience with Linux, VMware, server/storage architecture, or campus leadership.
