As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to Insider's platform, and documenting solutions for future reference. You will also collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify and address product issues, and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials. Additionally, you will monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve the support experience.
