Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with a strong focus on front-end development. Experience with TypeScript, React, and GraphQL is required, along with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience building intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities

As a Member of Technical Staff - Frontend - Responder, you will lead the development of user experiences that surface critical insights at a glance, streamline troubleshooting, and reduce cognitive load during high-pressure situations. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn complex data into actionable visualizations and workflows, and you will work with engineers across the organization to evolve the architecture powering our UIs and APIs while mentoring colleagues in building reliable and high-quality user experiences.
