Requirements

  • Educational Background: Computer Science or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Java, with experience focused on troubleshooting rather than coding

Responsibilities

  • Fix client issues with Nasdaq FinTech product Calypso's system, network, and other parts; provide daily support
  • Reproduce problems, document them, suggest fixes, and give detailed info to Engineering for permanent solutions
  • Check logs, improve performance, and solve speed issues
  • Work with Business Analysts to find and fix bugs; write test programs to mimic client problems
  • Help clients with API issues and update knowledge base articles with common questions and solutions
