Responsibilities

Fix client issues with Nasdaq FinTech product Calypso's system, network, and other parts; provide daily support
Reproduce problems, document them, suggest fixes, and give detailed info to Engineering for permanent solutions
Check logs, improve performance, and solve speed issues
Work with Business Analysts to find and fix bugs; write test programs to mimic client problems
Help clients with API issues and update knowledge base articles with common questions and solutions
