Responsibilities

The Technical Supervisor will oversee the ongoing maintenance and technical staffing of Disney’s stage shows, attending performances for “normal checks” and providing critical notes to relevant personnel. They will support the Production Manager with budgeting, bidding, purchasing, and supervising shop construction for set and prop replacements, as well as managing departmental expenditures and ensuring adherence to budgets. The role involves collaborating with designers and the General Manager to maintain production concepts, reviewing scheduling and working practices, recruiting and managing a team of show staff, and reporting staff-related issues promptly.
