Responsibilities

Affiancare il tutor nelle attività di service tecnico (installazioni/manutenzioni) presso sedi clienti Nalco Water Light in Friuli Venezia Giulia e Veneto (Support the tutor in technical service work (installations/maintenance) at client sites in production plants, chemical plants in food, pharmaceutical, automotive, food & beverage, and dairy sectors)
Effettuare trasferte dall’Italia Nord-Est per visite ai clienti (Make business trips from North-East Italy for client visits)
Fornire assistenza tecnica giornaliera alle apparecchiature dei clienti, identificando e risolvendo i punti chiave, con escalation se necessario (Provide daily technical assistance to client equipment, identifying and resolving key issues, with escalation as needed)
Eseguire servizi di assistenza come riparazione apparecchiature (es. sostituzione pezzi rotti), manutenzione leggera, assistenza ai clienti e attività di manodopera generale (Perform assistance services including equipment repair (e.g., replacing broken parts), light maintenance, client support, and general labor)
Relatarsi con i principali punti di riferimento nell’impianto (Responsabile manutenzione, Operatore o Direttore) (Interact with key plant contacts (Maintenance Manager, Operator, or Plant Director)
