Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or technical field (or equivalent required)
2+ years technical experience preferred
2-3 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment
Water treatment experience preferred
Experience and knowledge in Company products
Awareness of Best Practices
Understands technical support needs

Moderate level of independence and able to manage day-to-day needs of an account

Responsibilities

Provide technical consulting services that leverage company's intellectual property
Assist the sales force in increasing account revenue
Provide expert advice and assistance to internal staff and customers in specific areas of expertise
Provide contractual service and assist customers with problem-solving support regarding the Company’s products/applications/solutions (for Europe)
Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance
Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits
Assist Sales to prepare new business proposals
Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites
